Letter from Afghanistan, Dear Holliday Flowers, I am in the army stationed in Afghanistan until Oct 2010. Today is my 24th wedding anniversary. I just had a dozen red roses delivered to my wife at home...She began to cry and said they were beautiful and you did a great job. Thank you, Thank you!!! My wife said that even though she misses me the flowers were very special and you all really put alot of effort into the arrangement in the box.She said I really out did myself.Thanks for making me look good. Today a commercial client called at 1:15pm and requested 50 centerpieces to be on their tables by 6pm and we at Holliday's fulfilled that request by 5:15pm. They are lovely and never think it is too late for Holliday's to do a job, our design staff and inventory levels are such that almost anything can be accomplished. |

"I just wanted you to know how very satisfied we were with the work Jeanette Darling did for our daughter Shannon's wedding. Everything, every detail was perfect and we could not have been more pleased. Jeanette was so thoughtful and conscientious in doing her job. Addressed to one of our wedding coordinators, "...I wanted to write and thank you for everything. We were SOOOO pleased with the flowers. First, thank you for re-doing the pink hydrangeas and getting them back out to the church so fast. They were perfect, and looked gorgeous in the baskets along the aisle. 2nd, LOVED, LOVED the 2 arrangements for the guest book tables. They were also perfect, and just exactly what Missy had in mind...they just fed into our theme so well. AND last but not least, her bouquet was incredible. I cannot tell you the number of people who have commented on that bouquet. The combination of those green hydrangeas, pink gerber daisies and callas and those dendro orchids was unbelievable. We have some AWESOME pics of her bouquet you seriously might want to use in an ad for HOllidays!! I'll send you some pics once I have them downloaded and can e-mail them. Due to popular demand by our customers who are abroad and wish to be kept up to date we offer the following. We are under construction to better serve you! We are working on a new facility for our Union avenue location that is adjacent to the current one, and yes, It is still open! We hope to have a grand opening late summer and will keep you up to date on when that will be. |

Going Green is a huge deal for us. We have placed many conservation and recycling ideas to work. Here we have used some of the stems and leaves of flowers and reused as compost. We can have a 50 gallon container of this prime compost material by calling us with a couple days notice at 901-753-2400. |
